Any product may be returned if it is found to be defective and will be replaced with the same or an equivalent item. In such cases, the customer must contact our company to describe the issue with the product.
Following confirmation, the product must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase via ELTA Courier, DHL or FedEx (depending on the customer’s location). The return must include the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
If the product is confirmed to be defective, the return shipping costs will be fully refunded. The replacement will be processed as soon as possible, subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, our company will contact the customer to arrange a replacement with a similar product; otherwise, a full refund will be issued.
