Any product can be returned in the case that it is defective and will be replaced with the same of its kind. In this case, the consumer must contact the company to explain what the problem with the product is. Upon agreement, the customer must return the product via ELTA Courier or DHL (according to where the customer is) within 14 days from the date of purchase. It must be accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt / invoice). If the product is deemed defective, we will refund the transportation costs of the return. The product will be replaced as soon as possible and depending on its availability. In case the product is not available, our company will contact the customer for a replacement with another similar product, otherwise a refund will be issued.
